The foundations of our company were laid in 1973 by Dr. Sedat Ercan under the name Ak Tavukçuluk, and today, as Ercanlar Yumurta, we continue to grow with deep respect for nature, animal welfare, and quality. With more than half a century of experience, we deliver fresh, healthy, and reliable eggs to your tables without compromising naturalness at any stage of production. With a daily production capacity exceeding 1,500,000 eggs, we take pride in being one of Turkey’s most trusted table egg brands. In addition, over 130.000 tons of feed are produced annually in our own feed production facilities, with the entire process carried out under the supervision of our expert poultry nutrition teams.

Production Technology

Using MOBA grading machines with 12 different packaging options, eggs are automatically graded according to weight, size, and quality criteria, then packaged under the highest standards of efficiency and hygiene.
Through this system, we ensure reliability and continuity in our export operations.

FACILITIES

In our modern facilities located in Menemen, Bozköy, and Foça, eggs are collected, graded, and packaged through fully automated, hands-free systems. All of our production processes are carried out in full compliance with the Turkish Food Codex and the regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
